We are actively engaged in making  investments throughout the United States on behalf of its principals, our colleagues, and its various financial firm partners.

We also offer the opportunity to invest in Private Mortgages. We call these our Smart Capital Opportunities in Real Estate (SCORE). These opportunities have returns that are fixed and pay quarterly returns throughout the period of time you choose.

TPH provides consulting, investment and administrative services exclusively to the TPH family of investors and their projects. As an example, the services provided are identification of investment opportunities, evaluation of prospective investments for compliance with each fund's objectives, negotiation and consummation of transactions and ongoing asset management with respect to the funds' portfolios.  The final and full investment and liquidation discretion is afforded the TPH affiliate that is the general partner of each fund.

In its advising activities, TPH always acts only as an educational advisor and not as a principal.
