 TrustPoint Financial Corp. (TFC) is a privately held investment company that is focused on providing superior financial returns for their clients through the purchase and subsequent sale of real estate in various markets.
We are actively engaged in making investments throughout the United States on behalf of its principals, our members, and its various financial firm partners. Since its creation in Florida in 2000, TFC has established multiple real estate funds which, collectively, have acquired various assets located in various markets across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the United States. These funds allow the investor to be involved with owning real estate with other like minded investors without the headaches of being a landlord. The return on these investments vary with the level of success of the completed transaction.
We also offer the opportunity to invest in Private Mortgages and Private Participating Mortgages. These opportunities have returns that are fixed and pay monthly returns, and in some cases, a percentage of the profit on the sale of the underlying real estate.
 TFC provides consulting, investment and administrative services exclusively to the TFC-sponsored investment funds. As an example, the services provided are identification of investment opportunities, evaluation of prospective investments for compliance with each fund's objectives, negotiation and consummation of transactions and ongoing asset management with respect to the funds' portfolios. The final and full investment and liquidation discretion is afforded the TFC affiliate that is the general partner of each fund.
In its investing activities, TFC always acts only as a principal and not as an advisor, agent and/or broker.
